Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Slipstream Draft mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Related Policies and Game Rules

These Terms incorporate by reference the applications Privacy Policy, In-app rules, scoring rules, league settings, and FAQs we provide (the “Game Rules”). If there is a conflict, these Terms control unless we expressly state otherwise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts and Security

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple and/or other methods we provide. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Commissioner Subscription (Paid Service for Larger Leagues)

Subscription Requirements

The Service allows leagues of up to 3 players without a commissioner subscription. To create or operate leagues larger than 3 players, the commissioner must have an active monthly subscription (“Commissioner Subscription”).

Billing and Auto-Renewal (Apple In-App Purchase)

If you purchase the Commissioner Subscription through Apple’s in-app purchase system: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Subscription behavior and periods follow Apple’s auto-renewable subscription rules.

Price Changes

If Apple notifies you of a subscription price increase, your consent may be required to continue, depending on Apple policy and your region.

Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple, not RidgeTower. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, you can request one through Apple’s “Report a Problem” process.

No Circumvention

You may not attempt to bypass subscription gating, league-size limits, or payment requirements.

Gambling

Slipstream Draft is a fantasy competition product. The Service does not support gambling, wagering, sportsbooks, or betting. You may not use the Service to facilitate wagers, betting pools, or other gambling-related activity.

Fantasy Gameplay; Data; Commissioner Controls

The Service includes gameplay features such as league creation, drafting, roster management, scoring, and standings. Some outcomes may be affected by:

• Data feed updates or corrections

• Delays, outages, or maintenance

• League settings, commissioner actions, or administrative decisions

• Software calculations and bug fixes

We do not guarantee that scoring, standings, or results will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. Commissioners may have controls that affect league operation; you agree that commissioner settings and actions may impact outcomes.

User Content (Chat, League Names, Messages, etc.)

The Service may allow you to submit content (“User Content”), including chat messages, league names, and team names. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant RidgeTower a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, fraudulent, or that infringes others’ rights. We may remove User Content and/or restrict accounts at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)

Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service

Access accounts, data, or systems without authorization

Use automation or scraping that harms the Service

Circumvent security or access controls

Intellectual Property

The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by RidgeTower and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple authentication, hosting). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDGETOWER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RidgeTower from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service, or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

To request deletion of your account, use the “Delete Account” function in the Profile settings.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date when we change these Terms. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law; Venue (South Carolina)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
